At Siwa Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and gently tested products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at support@siwafragrances.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original luxury box and shipping carton to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
